Post 4: A meal of food you really like.
Well today I will talk about a meal that I really like, the truth this preparation was a very recent discovery. I've been on a plant-only diet for a few months, so that has helped me get to know new meals and preparations.
Today I chose vegan potato omelette, the truth is I was a fan of the traditional potato omelet (the one that contains eggs) and did not know how to make vegan. Then I started finding several recipes that veganize her. I made several attempts to achieve potato omelet without animal cruelty and that very rich, basically the same.
It contains cooked potatoes and a little past by oil and the same with the onion, and obviously several spices. And good the personal touch is the cilantro or basil that that gives it a very rich touch.
For non-egg preparation, simply chickpea flour, maicena, soy milk and spices are used. It remains like a kind of pasta and then mixed with the potatoes and onion and the frying pan. And the richest vegan potato omelet is ready.
The truth is that I am now eating a healthier diet and using chickpea meal in this meal is a great plantly sourced proteic supply and also contains many minerals such as magnesium and potassium, and many vitamins.
