At the moment my favorite food is vegan sushi. I've been vegan for a little over a year, and this made me try even more meals, where I discovered many new flavors that I loved. Before when I wasn't vegan I liked sushi but not so much, seaweed I considered it very bad, as well as traditional cream cheese didn't seem very good to me.
But when I went vegan I tried sushi, and it was the best I've eaten so far, the flavors are so varied, so tasty and different. The truth is that I eat sushi once a week, since I consider it "fast food" but a little healthier than normal "fast food", such as hamburgers, chips, pizzas, among others.
